Pauls received his medical training (MD, PhD) in Ohio and at the University of Washington. He developed a detailed appreciation for the fine structure of human anatomy by selling anatomical drawings and artwork to put himself through school. He focuses on tissue engineering, cardiovascular medicine, musculoskeletal disorders of the jaw, treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer.
Janis studied at the Riga Stradins University, where he obtained an MD in 2006 and a PhD in Medicine in 2014. He is a specialist in Neurosurgery, and has worked for more than 8 years as a Consultant Neurosurgeon in Latvia (Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital, DiaMed Clinic Private Hospital, AIWA Clinic Private Hospital) and UK (King’s College Hospital of London, The Walton Centre for Neurology and Neurosurgery of Liverpool).

Linda is a Biomedical Engineer (PhD obtained in 2017) She also has experience in 3D Printing, Research and Development Management, Physiotherapy, Medical Engineering, EU Project Management, Academic Research and Practice Management. Her interests include Healthcare Innovation, building bridges between healthcare and technologies, AR/VR, Wearables, Physiotherapy, 3D printing for Prosthetics and Orthotics, increasing awareness to push the limits. Device design, 3D Scanning, IoT, VR, Nanotechnologies and Smart coatings.
Lead Software developer
Raimonds counts over 30 years of experience in software system design and programming. He is a true believer in simulation in healthcare and modernization of education systems world wide. He worked as an IT manager and software architect at more than 8 companies, where he developed mobile, desktop and social games and worked with many platforms including Unity3D. He serves as a Lead Software developer, coordinating a team of programmers and VR specialists.

Janis Kondrats, CEO, Co-Founder, Exonicus, the leading global provider of trauma management training software for military and civilian organizations.
Janis has a Master of Science in Computer Science and IT Project Management qualification, has worked for 5 years as a programmer for state-of-the-art information systems, founded several innovative startups, led international development teams, spoken at technology conferences and is one of the leaders in the VR edtech ecosystem.
Janis is a co-author of Trauma Simulator, an emergency medical training simulator originally developed for Madigan Army Medical Center, U.S.A. Department of Defense. This work was funded by the AMEDD Advanced Technology Initiative (AAMTI), through the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC). The Department of Emergency Medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center contributed to the content and creation of these products.
